Potensic T25 Review
The Potensic T25 is a successful drone by Potensic. Potensic is a big producer in the drone market and now they have released another medium-end drone. It offers 1080p video quality with a 120º FOV adjustable lens to 75º. It also comes with WiFi connection which provides you with faster but clearer image transmission.
The Potensic T25 is a great beginner’s drone and also has an affordable price and decent video quality. The T25 also comes with a “Follow Me” option which is very useful, were the drone will follow you.
As we had advanced, the Potensic T25 is a drone very similar to the T18. One of the main differences is found in the design of the drone it’s similar to the DJI Phantom’s design. It’s equipped with dual GPS + 9 axis Gyrospace, the drone will stay in the wind and automatically return home when underpowered or weak or lost signal.
But before we talk about its features, what comes in the box of the Potensic T25? It comes with a silver aluminum carrying case, you can comfortably carry it outdoors, it also comes with 2 1000 mAh modular batteries, and remote control to control your drone
Potensic has been pretty successful with their drones, they are all pretty similar in design. This model is also compatible with FPV (First Person View) drones for live transmission and has GPS.

Specs
The Potensic T25 PRO drone uses a 1080p camera with WiFi connection and FPV and GPS connection. The T25 can go as far as 500metres without a video connection and 400 meters with a video connection. It also has 3.7V 1000 mAH batteries.
The camera has a FOV angle lens up to 120° which gives you a nice look at your videos. The Potensic T25 also comes with equipped dual GPS + 9 axis Gyrospace, for anti-shaking and image stabilization to make your video much more smooth.
It also comes with the ability to connect through WiFi with a Follow Me mode and dual GPS frees your hands, while the Potense drone automatically follows you, capturing all videos and photos. In addition, the T25 drone will fly however you like once the custom flight path function is activated.
With a silver aluminum carrying case, you can comfortably carry it outdoors. It comes with many modes Headless mode, altitude mode, and a takeoff / ground function key for easy access for children or beginners.

Stabilization
The Potensic T25 comes with equipped with dual GPS + 9 axis Gyrospace, the drone will stay in the wind and automatically return home when under power or weak or lost signal. The Potensic company has evolved over time and has been creating drone models with great stability and control, for example, the T25.
It also comes with some (EIS) Electronic Image Stabilization to improve the video stabilization, but a downside to the T25 is that it doesn’t come with a gimbal for maximum video stabilization.
Battery
The Potensic T25 comes with a rechargeable 3.7V 1000mAh batteries which you can charge with the USB Battery Charger, which can last about 10 minutes recording at 1080 Full HD and about.
The battery is situated at the bottom, where there is a cover that gives access to the battery. You can also always buy separate batteries for it and change them whenever the first two run out.
Design
The Potensic T25 has an elegant modern design, it is well built with good quality plastics and it has the classic white color. Its design is similar to the famous DJI Phantom, it feels pretty durable and has the ability to replace and switch pieces such as the lending legs and propellers. It can fly up to 500 meters with a connection but without video, 400 meters with video connection.
The dimensions of the Potensic drone are 10.6 x 10.6 x 4.7 inches and weighs 3.95 pounds, it’s not a very large drone, all the adjustments and controls will be made from the controller and it’s a screen with the live video, it also comes with a smartphone attachment for it to fly in FPV.
The drone has a classic quadcopter look without any protection to the propellor blades, under the body we can see the landing legs and the 1080p camera to record your videos.
Modes
The drone has 3 controllable flight speeds you can change at any time.

– Tracing mode with the smartphone so that the drone follows a certain path in Google Maps and returns.
The Potensic T25 has a double global positioning system, with GPS and GLONASS, and immediately after takeoff, the drone searches for the satellite signal to establish a connection. This allows the Smart Return Home function, which with just one button you can make the drone return to its take-off point with excellent precision.
The Potensic T25 also comes with the ability to fly through FPV (First Person View)
One-touch mode allows you to take-off with 1 button, which take-off the drone about five feet and holds its position in the air.
The intelligent battery makes the LED lights flash when the power level is low, it will also return home automatically. It’s a great feature and very helpful.
Flying
Potensic has evolved over time with their drones and has been creating drone models with greater stability and control. This is the case with this drone, the T25, which handles incredible aerial stability.
The stabilization also helps with this and so do the different flying modes, make it easy for anyone especially for beginners.
With the WiFi, this drone allows you a flight range of up to 500 meters, however, it manages to keep the video transmission up to 400 meters. Therefore, it is perfect for those who were driving drones with lower performance and range and want to start maneuvering with one at a greater distance.
My opinion
The Potensic T25 drone is designed for those who want a modern and advanced drone with an economical price and for beginners. This points to a large number of functions but manages to lower the quality of the product in the long term.
Despite a large number of features and its advancement over other mid-range drones, the Potensic T25 is a drone that handles brushless motors. These motors tend to damage over time and under prolonged use. In fact, the few negative reviews this product has been due to the motors not working great and having problems.
This is a very important point to keep in mind when buying a drone, especially if you are determined to give it constant use or in places where an unexpected engine problem can cause your drone to fall.
Many are the people who have been satisfied with the drone, while others opt for a more expensive product but with a longer-lasting quality guarantee.
